Shara Sampson
Shara Sampson is a multi-talented Administrative Assistant with over ten years of experience. Her specialties include providing executive-level administrative support to the Sure Path Team. She uses her diverse skill set to deliver quality work that produces desired outcomes. As the Client Intake Specialist at Sure Path Solutions, Shara is proud to create emergency procedure manuals, oversee the floor warden exemption process and various other compliance items that help save lives and ensure code compliance. In spring, Shara plays semi-professional women's tackle football and this past year earned her All American All Star status .
Bernard Chua
Bernard Chua is a seasoned commercial property management professional with over 25 years of experience. His career began as a Security Director for a prominent high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles, where he transitioned into property management. As a Regional Security Director, Bernard ensured all building personnel were thoroughly trained in emergency procedures.
In the early 2000s, Bernard earned his Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Certificate of Fitness, maintaining this certification for over two decades. He has been dedicated to emergency preparedness throughout his career, ensuring full compliance with local fire department regulations for buildings under his management.
Bernard holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA from Pacific States University. Ask him about his classic cars!!
Brenda Galvan
Brenda Galvan is a University of Phoenix graduate with a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She proudly utilizes learned concepts as the dedicated educator of her homeschooled children. Brenda applies her knowledge of business management to the development of her children’s curriculum by incorporating general tactics, technical skills, business principles, and life lessons. As a Department Manager at Sure Path Solutions, Brenda maintains client compliance with the administration of floor warden exemptions, Fire Safety Director and Floor Warden Cards and the annual approval of emergency preparedness manuals.
